Dear Customer:
We here at Auth Fuels wish to send our thoughts and prayers to all of those affected by
the tornado. If we can help in any way please do not hesitate to call us.
This past winter was one for the record books. It seems winter has just ended but we have
been busy preparing for the coming heating season.
Last season's CAPPED BUDGET PROGRAM was very well received by all of you
who chose to participate. This allowed everyone on the program the ability to know what
their maximum cost to heat their home would be, without being locked into a fixed price.
Most of you were able to benefit from prices well below the market average, while
knowing if prices did fall, you were protected.
We feel with fuel prices at their current levels, along with other global political and
economic uncertainties, the capped budget program is the best way to protect our
customers from unpredictable price fluctuations.
This season we are able to set a capped price of $ 3.89 per gallon for the 2011-2012
heating season. This means that anyone on the CAPPED BUDGET PLAN will not pay
more than $3.89 per gallon, and if our posted price is lower at the time of delivery you
will receive the lower price. To protect the price you pay, we must purchase a type of
insurance through our suppliers. This will add $30.00 a month to your budget payment
but we feel the amount of protection you will receive will be well worth it.
With this plan, our customers are able to budget their energy dollars by spreading the
annual cost of home heating over 10 monthly payments. Rather than face the ups and
downs of peak winter bills, your payment will remain the same each month. At the end
of the budget season, we will settle your account.
