Plans to Protect Your Budget
Basic Budget Plan
The budget plan spreads your annual oil cost over ten monthly payments and avoids the concentration of heating bills in the winter months. We estimate your heating cost for the season (June 1st through May 31st) based on your oil consumption. This total cost for oil is then divided into 10 monthly payments beginning in August and ending in May.
The budget plan is an estimate and is used in conjuction with automatic delivery. The price per gallon used for our Basic Budget Plan customers is based on the price of oil on the day delivery is made. At the end of the plan year, your account is reviewed. Overpayments are returned to you or rolled over as credit for the upcoming heating season. If more oil was used than was estimated and paid for, the balance is due to Auth Fuels in June.
Capped Budget Plan
Offering the same convienience of the Basic Budget Plan, the capped plan give you price security. A maximum price per gallon will be outlined in your contract for the heating season. All oil delivered during the length of the contract will never cost more than the maximum per gallon price outlined in your capped budget plan. It protects you against price spikes, and gives you the advantage of lower pricing if costs drop.
